Parts Used 

Body:  Wicket (repainted)
Head:  Wicket (repainted, some of the fur at the cheek corners carved)
Arms:  Wicket (repainted)
Legs:  Wicket (repainted)
Hat:   Repainted Wicket cloak w/middle cut out
Cloth: Cloth cutout from an old brown t-shirt 
Staff: Repainted Wicket spear minus spearhead
Knife: Wicket spearhead


Step 1:
Remove all of wicket's accesories and repaint his entire body as you see Dabirs colors.

Step 2:
Cut the spear at the ropes holding the spearhead to the stick.  
Repaint to a more realistic dirty brown.
Cut the middle from Wickets cloak out as shown on Dabir's pic.
Repaint.

Step 3:
Cut a small rectangle in the cloth.  And then a circle directly in the middle to fit his head.
Slip it over him, and cut a strip of the cloth and tie it around his waist for a belt.
